What GAPP covers
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) In-Home Skilled Nursing Program serves eligible members based on a medical necessity determination for children under the age of 20 years and 11 months.
The program was created to help parents with their child's everyday living needs: feeding assistance, bathing, incontinence care, transfer assistance, grooming, dressing, G-tube care and medication administration. Care is provided by one of our licensed professionals.
Free in-home care for children and young adults under 21. Is your child under 21? Does your child need help with everyday living activities such as feeding assistance, incontinence care, transfer assistance or bathing? Does your child have Medicaid? If so, your child may qualify for free in-home care services.
